Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By placing an order or creating an account on bobbosburger.be you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Ordering

• Orders are confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with an order number.
• Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or payment issues.
• Estimated preparation times are indicative and may vary during peak hours.

3. Loyalty Programme

• Points are earned at 10 pts per €1 spent on completed orders.
• Points can be redeemed at 100 pts = €1 discount on a future order.
• Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire after 2 years of account inactivity.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time.

4. Allergens & Dietary

Our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and sesame. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Please inform staff of severe allergies before ordering.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, images, text, animations) is owned by BobbosBurger and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
